The new Aged Care Act requires that we update our service agreement with you. For new clients from 1 November 2025, this new Client Service Agreement will apply. ​

All existing clients will be provided with the new Client Service Agreement progressively between November 2025 and November 2026. There is nothing that existing clients need to do until we approach you about the new agreement.
