The Aged Care Act 2024 commenced operation on 1 November 2025. Here are some resources to assist our community to better understand what this means in practice.

 

Please note: There will be no changes to the services provided by Blue Mountains Food Services, the way these are delivered, or how they are charged for.

 

However, there are some new documents that we are required to make everyone aware of.
